that celebrates the history of this charming city located just
northwest of Gainesville. Meet Israel at his Alligator

SantaFest

Hosted by the City of Tampa, this festival will be held in the
Ybor City district from 11am-4pm. Meet Israel and the alligators
at the kids' pavilion. Israel will present Gator Safety programs
for kids at 12 noon and 2pm. If you have questions about the

University of Florida - Ben Hill
Griffin Stadium
Gainesville, Fla.
NOTICE: Our participation in
this event was canceled due to the cold temperatures. The chilly
condition - a high of 55° F - was just too low for the
alligators to be in the outdoors for our program.
Come see Israel and
his live alligators at the game, where the Florida Gators taken
on The Citadel Bulldogs! Israel will be partnering with Fanfoto
photographic services all day, from 9am -1pm at the O'Connell
Center GatorZone tent near the Gate 2 entrance to the center
(FREE ADMISSION AT THE TENT),
then inside the stadium near the entrance from 1:30 till after
the game (game ticket required to enter the stadium).

Gainesville Downtown Art Festival
Gainesville, Fla.

Israel will be in Gainesville at the big Downtown Art Festival
in the downtown part of the city (near City Hall and the
Hippodrome Theater). Stop by and meet Israel and take a photo

Alachua Fall Festival

for the Alachua Fall Festival in downtown Alachua, Fla., from
11am to 5 pm on Main Street. Get up close with small alligators
and even have your photo taken holding one (bring your own
camera)! The event will also feature food, music, arts, crafts,

July 19 & 20, 2008 (Saturday-Sunday)
Orange County Convention Center
Join
Israel at the 2008 Florida International Reptile Expo at the Orange
County Convention Center in Orlando. Israel will be telecasting live as
co-host for a new Internet television channel with Animal Planet star NIGEL MARVEN and also
raising funds for alligator and crocodile conservation.
Nigel (pictured at left with an albino alligator)
is chief spokesperson, with Israel as host, of an international reptile
and amphibian
international educational awareness campaign.
Also, don't miss your
opportunity to meet NIGEL, (also the star of
Prehistoric Park)
and pose for a photo with him and
a rare Chinese Alligator, together-- for a $10 donation to alligator and
crocodile conservation. Visitors will also get to meet croc expert Terry
Cullen, founder of the Cullen Vivarium Wildlife Conservancy.
