Please follow the guidelines below for submissions in each category. These will tell you what information is helpful in order to publish the material. If some of the information requested in the guidelines below is missing from your submission, please send your submission regardless, and we'll try to include it in our database. Feel free to include additional material if you believe it will be helpful to the editor. Please do not include images, graphics, or advertisements in your submission. Thank you.

International Directory: Include the first and last names, street address, mailing address (if different than the street address), telephone number, fax number, email address, and website URL (Internet address), if applicable. If the information deals with an individual person, include the person's title in the organization he/she is associated with, as well as other zoological, scientific or conservation related affiliations.

Bibliography: Include the full name of the publication, the year published (if a reprint, please include original date, if known), the name of the publisher, and the number of pages. If it is an article/paper from a publication, please include the article title along with the volume the it is contained in.

Filmography: Include the full name of the film or video publication, the year published, the name of publisher/distributor, the length of the program, the format the item is available in (DVD, VHS, etc.) and the item's regional encoding (e.g. Region 1: Canada, USA).

Websources: Include the title of the website/webpage, the URL (Internet address), and the category for consideration, if known.

Calendar: Include the location of the crocodilian-related event, including the country, city and street address, a contact person, contact phone number, contact email address, date(s) of the event, and a description of the event, such as what will take place, and what person or organization is sponsoring/producing it. Please understand that this calendar is not intended for commercial advertising. It is a facility for listings of non-profit entities and those of for-profit entities that do not involve the strictly commercial trade of animals, but that promote science, conservation, education, and related subjects. If you believe that your event does not comply with these guidelines as described, but merits special consideration, please submit the information and include an explanation of such merit.
